The charges for grooming are determined by factors such as size and/or breed, condition and structure of your pet's coat, possible presence of parasites, as well as the amount of time and material spent on the groom you desire. Detailed records are kept on your pet's groom-history, so the "special look" your furry friend came home with is easily recreated.
