Cancelation Policy


Cancelation Policy
  Due to an unexpected increase in missed and last-minute-rescheduled Appointments and Reservations, we are forced to implement a Cancellation/No-Show policy for both Grooming Appointments, as well as Boarding Reservations.

Grooming Appointments
  We are able to groom a certain amount of pets on a given day. When a customer schedules his/her pet for a Grooming Appointment, Appleton Ridge Pet Care obligates itself to have a professional Groomer available to complete the desired grooming procedure in a timely manner. The customer, in turn, is obligated to have his/her pet at the facility for the scheduled appointment. If the appointment must be canceled, please allow 24 hours, so that we may fill the grooming slot(s).

Boarding Reservations
  Appleton Ridge Pet Care has a limited number of kennels available to house pets. When we accept a boarding reservation, we are obligated to house your pet during the time span indicated, which means we reserve space especially for your pet. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, please understand that you will be billed for up to two days of boarding fees.
